Requires HS Diploma/GED and 2 years’ experience in a medical office, call center or customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple responsibilities, detail oriented with the ability to enter information accurately and knowledge of diagnostic tests/procedures.
Senior Scheduling Coordinator
Internal promotion opportunity. Requires HS Diploma/GED and 1 year of scheduling experience in the Patient Access Center. Ensures appropriate scheduling of screening and diagnostic tests, identifies opportunities for improvement and works with the management team to implement change, serves as resource for staff.
Access Center Team Lead
Requires HS Diploma/GED and 1-3 years scheduling experience in a healthcare related field. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Coordinates and provides training to scheduling staff, manages staffing schedules and acts as a lead resource to other colleagues.
Supervisor, Access Center
Bachelor’s Degree preferred and 3 years’ experience in a healthcare or customer service environment. Ability to effectively plan and delegate the work of others. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter with strong planning skills.
Manager Patient Access/Central Scheduling
Requires bachelor’s degree in business, hospital or public administration with a Master’s Degree preferred and 3 years in management of appointment scheduling. Directs, and appraises personnel, oversees operations issues for Central Scheduling and Access Services.
