Medical Assistant

Requires specialized diploma as a Medical Assistant with an associate’s degree preferred. Prepares patients and equipment for exams/procedures, performs medical history collection. Must have the ability to accept and adapt to constant change and take initiative.

Medical Assistant Advanced

Requires specialized diploma as a Medical Assistant and 2 years recent experience within an LVHN practice. Requires one of the following certifications (CCMA, CMA, CMAC, MAC, NCMA, NRCMA, RMA). Skills in planning, organizing and decision making. Will mentor and train team members to optimize performance.

Office Coordinator

Requires HS Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a physician practice. An associate’s degree and supervisory experience is preferred. Oversees patient access workflows, educates staff on standard work procedures and assists with service recover efforts.

Site Manager

Requires Associate’s degree or HS Diploma with previous supervisory and 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting. Ability to plan effectively and set appropriate priorities while managing several complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Works closely with staff on scheduling, responds proactively to colleagues’ feedback.

Practice Manager

Requires Bachelor’s Degree or associates degree with previous physician practice management experience and 2 years of relevant supervisory experience. Lead and coach staff, initiate and adapt to change while having overall responsibility for practice success. May manage multiple practices.
