Personal Banker I
High school diploma or equivalent. 1–3 years banking or customer service experience. Strong interpersonal and sales skills. Knowledge of bank products and services. Point-of-sale account opening, teller functions, loan applications, and cross-selling. Opportunity to learn through mentorship and direct customer interaction
Personal Banker II
Minimum of 2 years as Personal Banker I or equivalent. Strong sales performance history. Mentors new staff and assists with onboarding/training. Can handle more complex customer transactions and loan processing. Serves as backup to Assistant Manager. Demonstrates leadership and participates in sales coaching.
Assistant Community Branch Manager I and II
3–5 years of banking experience, including team supervision. Manages day-to-day operations, scheduling, vault, audits, and team coaching. Supports the Branch Manager in sales goals, compliance, and team development. Acts as the operational and systems lead. Participates in special projects and independent decision-making. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and thorough regulatory knowledge.
Community Office Manager I and II
5+ years of banking, sales, and leadership experience. Manages overall branch operations, business development, and community outreach. Mentors Assistant Managers and Personal Bankers. Represents MCT in community organizations. Oversees performance management, staffing, customer relationships, and compliance. Strong preference for PBA Banking School certification. Expected to lead initiatives that contribute to revenue and customer satisfaction.
