Entry Level (0-6 months): Share Cellar Beast Story and wines with authenticity and enthusiasm. Support wine club sign-ups, events, and daily operations. Learn the basics of our wines, winemaking philosophy and service standards
Senior Tasting Room Associate
Growth Focus (6-12 months): Master our full wine portfolio and Cellar Beast brand story. Lead small group tastings and private experiences. Mentor and train new associates. Support on-site event coordination and setup. Begin Basic Training in sales metrics and hospitality management
Tasting Room Lead
Leadership Focus (1-2 years): Oversee daily tasting room operations during shifts. Manage team flow, guest service standards, and opening/closing procedures. Support wine club management, DTC sales strategies and hospitality initiatives. Contribute feedback on customer experience improvements and event planning.
Beyond the Tasting Room
Opportunities to grow beyond the tasting room include Wine Club Management, Events Coordination, Marketing Support or even Cellar Assistant roles for those interested in the winemaking process
