MH Caseworker 1
The Case Manager 1 is an entry level position and requires close to moderate supervision. The Mental Health Case Manager 1 is responsible for providing a wide variety of services and supports to the individuals we serve in order to help them to maximize their quality of life. The position provides case management services to a group of consumers living in various community living arrangement programs or their own homes throughout the county. This includes initial intake interviews, appropriate referrals, liability information and completion of progress notes, consumer contacts as well as ongoing services such as coordination and monitoring.
12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.
Starting Salary: $38,608
MH Caseworker 2
Same responsibilities as CW1, with less supervision.
Six months of experience as County Caseworker 1, a bachelor’s degree with a social welfare major, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which includes 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.
Starting Salary: $41,271
MH Caseworker 3
me duties as CW1 & CW2, but with additional team leader responsibilities. On a systemic level, this position supports supervisory staff in the coordination, tracking, and monitoring of CMP MH/DS Initiatives.
Two years of experience as a County Caseworker 2.
Starting Salary: $43,933
