Blue Ridge Communications Customer Experience Specialist
This is an entry level position that does not require a degree just strong computer skills and previous experience working in a Customer Service or Payment Call Center preferred.
We provide 9-weeks paid training. Pay Rate during Training is $17 per hour / after successful completion can be $17-20/hr depending on assigned shift and if bilingual.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed
We’re looking for employees who are or have…
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
- Established residency in Pennsylvania
- Valid PA Driver’s License and good driving record
- Previous Customer Service, Billing and Troubleshooting Experience Preferred
- Sales experience a plus
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Excellent Communication Skills – oral and written
- Ability to build positive rapport quickly with customers
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and Outlook
- Willingness to work as part of our successful team
- Ability to multitask without sacrificing work quality
