Event Staff
Event Staff provide services to enhance the enjoyment and safety of the fan experience. including, access control; traffic control; metal detecting and bag checking.
Minimum Education: High school diploma. Must pass criminal background check.
$13-$15/hr
Event Security
Security Services include roaming foot patrols; field, stage and VIP security; loss prevention; observation and vendor security.
Requirements: High school diploma, clean background check, prior event staff, law enforcement, military or C.O.
$15-$17/hr
Event Supervisor
Event Supervisors assist in directing & supervising a team of event/security staff. They assist in preparation, orientation, check-in, uniform distribution and conflict resolution.
Requirements: high school diploma, clean background check, prior event staff, law enforcement, military or C.O., plus 6-12 months event security experience, completion of 14 of BCM’s listed FEMA courses, must pass security licensing requirements in EACH STATE they plan to work. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
$17-$21/hr
Event Dispatch Manager
The Event Dispatch Manager is responsible for vital team dispatch & communications. They must be willing to travel & work long shifts and be detail orientated, with a clean background. They must exhibit strong inter-personal skills.
Requirements: must pass security licensing requirements for EACH STATE that they plan to work and have clean background check. Radio Dispatch experience preferred.
$18-$22/hr
Account Manager
Account Managers serve as liaisons with clients at larger venues. They maintain relationships, expectations and the needs of the venue, while building & managing internal event staff. They must have excellent management, organizational & interpersonal skills.
Requirements: must pass 28 of BCM’s listed FEMA courses, trained Crowd Manager certification though IAVM, Crowd Manager certification through Fire Marshall Support SVC. LLC, national TIM training. Must pass security licensing requirements for EACH STATE that they plan to work & have clean background check.
$19-$25/hr
Event Ops Manager
Event Ops Managers must travel to BCM events throughout the USA. They mange the entire operations of events, including, client relations, training, staffing, organization and payroll. They possess an excellent ability to multi-task, while adjusting to multiple locations and long hours.
Requirements: must pass 28 of BCM’s listed FEMA courses, trained Crowd Manager certification through IAVM, Crowd Manager certification through Fire Marshall Support SVC. LLC, national TIM training.
