Payroll Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and management effectively

$16-$20/hr

Office Manager

  • Plans operation of the office establishing priorities
  • Handles all requests/needs/situations with customers
  • Support recruiters with recruiting, applications and data entry
  • Train staff on new procedures
  • Supervises and follows up on injury reports
  • Prepare and attend UC hearings
  • Collaborate with Sales team looking for new business
  • Visit existing customers (Risk evaluations)
  • On-call after hours and weekends (24/7)
  • Communication with clients
  • Collaborate with team on new ideas and strategies
  • Lead recruitment strategies for the successful sourcing of candidates
  • Organize the internal office doing schedules of assignments and also shifts to cover business hours including if needed weekends and holidays
  • Manage the performance of support personnel, including coaching and training
  • Provide Daily, weekly and monthly reports as requested by client
  • Complete employment verifications

Salary: $40,000-$120,000

Business Development

  • Promote staffing services through sales activities
  • Engage prospects and generate leads
  • Identify growth opportunities with business development strategies
  • Connect with potential clients via warm and outbound calls
  • Communicate staffing benefits with sales expertise
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues
  • Proven experience in business development or related field
  • Strong sales and customer relationship skills
  • Familiarity with staffing services
  • Excellent communication for warm and outbound calling
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Telemarketing or inside sales experience is a plus

Salary: From $50,000
