Scheduling functions. Case management. Employee & client relations.
Responsibilities include scheduling and ensuring high quality service delivery to consumers. Requires maintaining availability during on-call periods on an as needed basis. The Care Coordinator will support department policy and resolve customer service issues.
$20-$22/hr + Bonus, Overtime
Care Coordinator Lead
Performs coordinator functions while overseeing a team of coordinators.
Oversees a group of care coordinators. Manages day to day case management & scheduling functions for a specific territory of clients/caregivers in a designated office.
$24-$25/hr
Central Operations Manager
Oversees branch operations relative to intake & onboarding functions for all offices.
Supervises the intake/onboarding team. The Senior Manager is able to fill any of these roles as needed and can cover in their absence or in times of high volume. Monitors and audits the team members’ work and provides weekly reports relative to staff productivity, the onboarding, and training of all direct care workers hired.
Estimated Salary: $60,000-$65,000
Senior Branch Operations Manager
Oversees coordinators, leads, and branch admin staff for specific offices.
Responsible for oversight relative to the day-to-day operation of the branch office for the program of care, services and support provided to the home care consumers in their place of residence. Oversees functioning of agency through supervising staff responsible for the intake of consumers and hiring and training of staff, as well as ongoing care coordination and staffing, management of complaints and incidents.
Estimated Salary: $65,000+
Branch Operations Director
Oversees all branch operations & staff.
Directs program of care providing services and support to home care consumers. Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate of the Home Care program in accordance with accepted practices, as well as the Pennsylvania state licensure guidelines and Medicaid standards. Oversees functions of agency through supervision of key teams.
