Personal Bankers I and II
Responsible for promoting business for the Bank and maintaining good customer relations by performing as an active member of the branch office sales/service team: conducts sales and cross-sales of all financial products and services to prospective and existing customers.
Entry level $17.50/hour; rate commensurate with experience.
Assistant Community Branch Managers and Community Branch Managers
Primary focus is on supervising and directing the day-to-day operations of the Community Branch Office to support the overall revenue goals by effectively and efficiently adhering to all policies and procedures while meeting sales goals and service standards.
Entry level $20.00/hour; rate commensurate with experience.
Junior Credit Analysts, Credit Analysts, Senior Credit Analysts
Provides analytical support to Loan Officers by completing financial analysis and other documentation required for underwriting and analysis. Responsible for financial review within the existing portfolio (less those customers classified as the top twenty per volume exposure), as well as the completion of credit maintenance (i.e., credit file upkeep) and clerical functions (i.e., report generation).
Entry Level $50,000/year; rate commensurate with experience.
IT Professionals: Network Administrators, Tier I, II and III
Responsible for managing the Bank’s network services, telecommunications and systems administration; assists in the implementation of security, new systems and procedures; coordinates activities assigned by employees.
Entry Level $24.00/hour; rate commensurate with experience.
Commercial Lending Support Specialists I, II and III
Responsible for performing a wide variety of functions pertaining to the management and administration of the Bank’s commercial loan portfolio, with the intent to maintain overall credit quality, recognize sales opportunities, and enhance customer service. Oversight of tracking and review of financial information, coordination of loan review to monitor and assess credit risk, loan origination/documentation support, coordination of loan renewals or modifications, and addressing routine loan servicing matters.
Entry Level $18.00/hour; rate commensurate with experience.
Commercial Lenders, Mortgage Originators
Commercial Lending Officer seek, develop and maintain relationships with business clients as well as other team members, acting as the subject Matter Expert (SME) for business lenders and customers regarding Loan structure, documentation and regulation. Mortgage Originators gather financial/credit information, assess applicants’ needs and recommend loan options.
Salary based on Incentive Plan; rate commensurate with experience.
