We have a wide variety of positions as we have multiple companies so it’s hard to say how to advance specifically as it will depend on the persons end goals. We are a telecommunications / entertainment company so in general our positions are I.T., Communications or Business Administration related.
Entry Level - Customer & Technical Support
Entry level positions can be anywhere from $13 per hour for a Telephone Operators and $17 per hour for Technical Support or Customer Service Representative both which are great stepping stones into other roles within our company.
$13-$17/hr
Level II - TSR, Team Leaders/Trainers, Supervisors/Managers
Many Customer Service and Technical Support agents progress to Level II TSR’s, Team Leaders, Trainers, Supervisors and Managers.
Pay range: $36,000-45,000 per yea
Level II - TSR/Network Support Specialists/ Jr. Cyber Security Analysists
Technical Support agents who have been with the company for several years and have attained Associates I.T. degrees and/or technical certifications often move into other I.T. roles such Level II TSR, Network support Specialists, Jr System Administrators and Jr Cybersecurity . Analysts.
Senior IT
Employees working in Junior level I.T. roles often move into more senior/ higher level roles once they have attained about 3+ Years experience in their current roles and completed degrees and/or certifications relevant to the position.
Pay range: $50,000-65,000 per year
Cybersecurity/High IT
Highest Level I.T. Roles involving management or specialized skill set (ie…Cybersecurity) are usually attained with 5+ years’ experience along with required degrees and certifications.
Pay range: $65,000+
