Direct Support Professional
A person in this position is responsible for providing direct client care and support to the individuals who reside in residential programs and intermediate care facilities. Work assignments are varied in nature and are performed under the supervision of the Residential Program Supervisor.
Salary range $15-$17
Residential Program Supervisor
As a Residential Program Supervisor, you are responsible for the direct care of the residents. The Site Supervisor will implement the teaching of daily living skills through the use of goal plans for each resident. This individual will function as a team leader and will be responsible for the supervision and provision of direct care to residents and the personal daily living needs of residents. Work is performed according to specific guidelines and is carried out under the supervision of the Program Specialist.
Program Coordinator
A person in this position performs a blend of managerial and administrative work under the direct supervision of the Operations Director. Work assignments are varied in nature and are completed across multiple locations/sites based on the needs determined by the Operations or Regional Director. A Master’s Degree and one year of experience working directly with persons with Intellectual Disabilities; or a Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience working with persons with Intellectual Disabilities; or an Associate’s Degree or 60 credit hours and four years of experience working directly with persons with Intellectual Disabilities.
Program Specialist
A person in this position provides the supervision, direction, and support integral in the efficient operation of assigned programs. A Master’s Degree and one year of experience working directly with persons with Intellectual Disabilities; or a Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience working with persons with Intellectual Disabilities; or an Associate’s Degree or 60 credit hours and four years of experience working directly with persons with Intellectual Disabilities.
Operation Director
A person is this position is responsible for the oversight and monitoring of administrative and programmatic tasks associated with the Residential Habilitation Services programs. Work assignments are varied in nature and are performed under the supervision of the Operations Director or Regional Director. A Master’s Degree and one year of experience working directly with persons with Intellectual Disabilities; or a Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience working with persons with Intellectual Disabilities; or an Associate’s Degree or 60 credit hours and four years of experience working directly with persons with Intellectual Disabilities.
